From March 22nd to 24th, 2023 representatives from organizations across the country met in Vancouver around the COVID-19 Vaccine micro contributions project. This project allowed the Dr. Peter Centre Knowledge Translation team to work with organizations to reduce vaccine hesitancy and improve vaccine access among people experimenting multiple barriers to care. The project included bi-monthly community of practice calls with presentations from leading experts from across the country and the distribution of up to 20 $25,000 grants to frontline community organizations to improve access to COVID-19 vaccinations.

The in-person meeting began with experiential learning through an Indigenous-led tour of Stanley Park and a tour of Insite Supervised Consumption Site. Participants engaged in multiple interactive activities during the workshops to share knowledge and plan for their project's evaluation.
