The Dr. Peter Centre team attended the Canadian Association for HIV Research April 27th-30th 2023 in Quebec City. The team presented two abstracts “An Environmental Scan of Service Adaptations in Community-Based Harm Reduction Services for Indigenous Peoples in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic” and “The Well-Being Project: Identifying and Addressing the Impacts of Gender-Based Violence Among Indigenous Women, Two-Spirit, and Gender-Fluid People Living with HIV and/or HCV Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic”.

Please find full details about these presentations in the conference abstracts guide. Staff connected with community partners including AIDS Durham, Dopamine, and many others. Staff also engaged in experiential learning, visiting the Inhalation site at L’Interzone, and meeting with leadership at Pointe de Repères.
